1. Website Use & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make reservations, submit private event agreements, or execute transactions on our website. You agree to use the site solely for lawful personal dining, hospitality, and informational purposes.

2. Dining Reservations & Seating Policies

• Reservations: Online dining reservations are processed in partnership with OpenTable. While we make every effort to accommodate preferred seating times and table selections, table assignments remain at the discretion of the maître d' and floor management.
• Holding Times: Reserved tables are held for up to 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. If your party is running late, please contact the restaurant directly.
• Cancellations: For large party reservations and special holiday seatings (such as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day), specific cancellation policies or deposit requirements may apply as disclosed at the time of booking.
• Bar & Lounge Seating: Walk-in guests are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis at our bar and cocktail lounge areas.

3. Private Dining & Group Event Inquiries

Inquiry submissions through our website do not constitute a confirmed contract or date hold. Private dining rooms, buyouts, and customized packages are secured only upon execution of a formal Event Agreement and payment of the required deposit as coordinated by our Private Events Director.

4. Online Ordering & Digital Gift Cards

• Takeout, delivery, and electronic gift cards are processed via our restaurant management partner, Toast, Inc. Terms, merchant processing, and fulfillment conditions are subject to Toast's terms of sale.
• Gift cards are redeemable for food and beverage purchases at participating Lucky's locations. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law) and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

5. Menu Information & Pricing

We strive to maintain completely accurate menus, item descriptions, and pricing online. However, because our culinary team sources fresh seasonal seafood, premium butcher cuts, and rare vintage wines, all menu items, market prices (MP), vintages, and availability are subject to change without notice.

6. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content on this website—including the Lucky's name, brand marks, logotypes, photography, menu design, layout, graphics, text, and software code—is the proprietary property of Lucky's Steakhouse and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lucky's Steakhouse and its affiliates, owners, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or inability to use this website, third-party reservation systems, or online ordering portals.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California (for California locations) and the State of New York (for New York locations), without regard to conflict of law principles.
